Cooperation Options

The scope and means of service delivery are in each case tailored to the needs of our Customers. Accounting and HR/payroll activities can be divided between us and the Customer in almost any manner, which naturally determines the cost of services. We can also provide Customers with any data which is stored in the accounting documents in our possession using both standard reports and customized reports based on Customer specification. Reports can be delivered at specific intervals as hardcopies, they can be sent by e-mail or posted on our Web site in a way that is only accessible to authorized users. We can also grant online access to accounting system, as required.

The most typical cooperation models are as follows:

CLASSIC: With this model, you provide us with all documentation, while our bureau performs a complete range of accounting services.

ONLINE: With this model, you are granted access to the accounting system we use, as agreed, in order to access information and perform selected operations.

SUPPORT: Under this model, you are granted full access to our accounting system in order to input most of the documents and to access data. In this case, our service bureau is primarily in charge of performing period close activities and generating required reports.
